Fostering community unity through education, advocacy for patients and plants — and real conversations that change minds and policy.
With over 27 years of bedside nursing experience, Molly Taylor brings unmatched clinical depth to every conversation about cannabis medicine.
As the host of Conversations with Kush and Founder of the Minnesota Cannabis Nurses Association (MNCNA), Molly combines clinical insight with a deep passion for plant medicine — educating and empowering both healthcare professionals and patients.
Through the podcast, Molly facilitates meaningful conversations with Minnesota's industry leaders, medical cannabis patients, cannabis scientists, and cannabis clinicians — exploring evidence-informed approaches to cannabinoid therapeutics, patient-centered care, advocacy, and policy reform.
Her mission is to bridge the gap between conventional healthcare and cannabis medicine — changing policy within healthcare systems and through legislation so that every patient can access cannabis as a modality they choose as part of their care.
"We break cannabis stigmas through storytelling — showing how healthy, successful, highly functioning adults are using cannabis on their own path to wellness."
Molly doesn't just talk about cannabis community — she lives it. From medic tents at cannabis cups to plant-based wellness festivals, she shows up with her nursing expertise and her whole heart.
